The analytical part of the thesis uses qualitative methods (analysis of semistructured interviews) to research working conditions for people with invisible disabilities and the reactions and barriers they face. Based on these findings, suggestions aiming to mitigate or eliminate these obstacles and negative attitudes are formulated. The suggestions are targeted at the employers of people with invisible disabilities, their colleagues and also at non-profit organisations and state administration.

Aims: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze barrier-free accesses to selected buildings of the local departments of the Police of the Czech Republic on the territory of the capital city of Prague. Methods: The main method of the research was the analysis of the selected buildings, where an anonymous personal interview consisting of 7 questions was performed on total of 54 police officers, 30 men and 24 women serving at the Local Police Department of the Czech Republic, at the age of 30 years old and more, and with at least 5 years of experience. In addition, research has shown that serving policemen focused on helping disabled people, get to know each other due to charitable events organized by various organizations in their free time. There is no training nor courses on this issue currently, furthermore the initiative...
